Loopfront AS provides an interactive collaboration portal for the reuse of building materials, inventory and fixtures, and is available over the internet (the "Service").

The Service is exclusively owned by Loopfront AS.

In this Privacy Policy you will find information about what type of personal data Loopfront AS collects from you, why we do this and an overview of your rights related to our processing of your personal data.

2 Personal data that we collect
 
As a user of the Service, you give us access to personal data that you register in connection with setting up a user account. Personal data is any information that may identify you as a natural person. Users of the Service will typically be employees of the public agencies and private companies that are customers of us. We collect the following data from users of the Service: 

  • Name
  • E-mail
  • Phone number
  • Profile picture
  • Name of your workplace
  • Job title

Data such as:

are obtained from those who contact us, subscribe to our marketing communication channel or from third parties that act on behalf of Loopfront AS. 

In addition, we collect personal data such as your IP address and user patterns from visitors to our website who consent to the use of cookies. 

In connection with recruitment, we also collect CVs, applications, certificates and references. 


3 Purpose and legal basis
 
User Account

To create a user account, it is necessary to register with your full name, e-mail address, telephone number, place of work and job title. You may also choose to upload a profile picture.

Your contact information (e-mail address and telephone number) may be used by us to send you necessary information about the Service. Loopfront is an interactive web portal, and your personal information will be visible to other users and may be used by other users to contact you.

It is necessary to process personal data about our contract partners' users in order to be able to carry out and deliver the Service in accordance with the contract, cf. GDPR article 6 no. 1 letter b).

In order to maintain, update and improve the Service we store data from our users' user patterns, which are used for statistics, analysis or to improve usability. The legal basis for this processing is Loopfront AS' legitimate interests in improving and further developing the Service, as well as business considerations, cf. GDPR article 6 no. 1 letter f).
 
Visitors on our website

In order to obtain information regarding the use of our website, as well as to provide the best possible service and user experience, we use cookies.

Visitors on our websites may consent to the use of cookies, cf. Electronic Communications Act Section 2-7b and GDPR article 6 no. 1 letter a). This consent is obtained directly via your browser. You may turn off this setting yourself.
 
Answer inquiries

To answer and follow up any inquiries that we have received, we store the name, e-mail address and telephone number of the persons submitting the inquiry. Your name, e-mail and telephone number are automatically stored in our systems when you contact us.

The legal basis of this processing of personal data is based on a balance of interests, cf. GDPR article 6 no. 1 letter f). Loopfront AS consider this type of processing to be necessary for us to help you and answer any of your questions.
 
Contract

In connection with entering into contracts with our customers and partners, we will store the contracts duly signed by our customers/partners signatory. The signatory’s name and relevant contact information stated in the contract (if applicable) are stored for the purpose of the performance of the contract, cf. GDPR article 6 no. 1 letter b), for as long as the relevant contract is valid.
 
Recruitment

In connection with recruiting new positions at Loopfront AS, we may receive CVs, applications, certificates and references. The legal basis of this processing of personal data is the consent that you have given, cf. GDPR article 6 no. 1 letter a).
 
Marketing communication

We send out newsletters and other marketing communication to those who choose to subscribe to our marketing communication channel. In order for us to send you newsletters and other marketing material, you must register with your name and e-mail address. The legal basis is consent, cf. GDPR article 6 no. 1 letter a), and you may unsubscribe from our marketing communication channel at any time.
 
 
4 Disclosure of personal data to third parties
 
We do not disclose your personal information to any third parties without a legal basis for such disclosure. Examples of a legal basis for disclosure to third parties is typically an agreement with you or a statutory legal requirement that requires us to release the information.

Please be reminded that others who use the Service may see your personal information that you have registered in connection with setting up your user account.

Loopfront AS are using data processors to process personal data on our behalf. We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors to ensure information security in all stages of the processing.

We use the following data processors as of today:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): All of the personal data that we process is stored in a cloud operated by AWS. For contact information, see link: https://aws.amazon.com/contact-us/
  • Auth0: Our login service is provided and operated by Auth0. Auth0 is therefore given access to all personal information registered by you in connection with setting up your user account.   • HubSpot, Inc. is our CRM system that stores and processes users’ and prospective customers’ personal information for marketing, sales, contractual or support purposes. For more information, see the link https://www.hubspot.com/company/contact

Any processing of personal data exercised by us or our data processors is carried out within the EU / EEA area or in the USA in accordance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
 
 
5 Storage time

We store your personal data with us for as long as it is necessary for the purpose of which the personal data was collected.

This means, for example, that any personal data that we process on the legal basis of your consent will be deleted if you withdraw your consent. Any personal data that we process in order to fulfil an agreement with you is deleted when the agreement has been fulfilled and terminated and all obligations arising from the contractual relationship have been fulfilled. For example, the personal data provided to us in connection with the registration of your user account will be deleted when the user account is deleted.
 
 
6 Your rights in connection with our processing of your personal data
 
Right of access

You may request a copy of all personal data we process about you.
Personal data stored about you in connection with the use of the Service may be found under "My Account".
 
Right to rectification

You may ask us to rectify or supplement any information that is incorrect or misleading about you.
 
Right to erasure

In certain situations, you may ask us to delete personal data about yourself.
Deletion of your personal information collected and used in connection with the Service may be done under "My Account".
 
Right to restriction of processing

In certain situations, you may ask us to limit the processing of your personal data.
 
Right to object

If we process your personal data on the legal basis of a balance of interests pursuant to GDPR Article 6 No. 1 letter f), you have the right to object to our processing in this regard.
 
Right to data portability

If we process your personal data on the legal basis of consent or an agreement with you, you may ask us to transfer your personal data to you or another data controller.
 
Consent

You may at any time withdraw your consent for our processing of your personal data.
 
Complaint

If you believe that we are not compliant with the GDPR or the information given in this Privacy Policy, you may file a complaint with us. You may also file a complaint directly to the Norwegian Data Inspectorate. To exercise your rights, you must contact us by sending an e-mail to support@loopfront.no. We will respond to your inquiry to us as soon as possible, and no later than within 30 days.

Upon your inquiry, we may ask you to confirm your identity or provide additional information before we allow you to exercise your rights. We do this to ensure that we only give access to your personal data to you - and not someone pretending to be you.

7 Amendments

We regularly evaluate this Privacy Policy to ensure that it is compliant with our processing of personal data. Thus, it may be necessary for us to amend the Privacy Policy from time to time. Any amendments to the Privacy Policy will be published on our website.
